About me
I've had dogs all my life and I love Rotweillers. You can see mine on this page. I included them because, I did in fact look after them. Years of practice with a stubborn breed, weighing more than I did, has given me a solid base for dog sitting.
When my last one went to rainbow bridge, I couldn't face another. Soon after, I was being asked to dog sit and that's now turned into a wee business.
I love nothing more than the company of a dog and making their holiday with me special. I can honestly say that I treat them as if they were my own.

Park Walks Twice a Day
Tollcross Park is a stone throw away and pup can be on or off the lead for a couple of hours a day. This depends on the breed and age, as some don't need as much and others will need more.
Receive Regular Updates
You're going on holiday to escape work, not your pup. Photos, videos and stories can be sent to you most days. Less if you prefer. I usually do a daily message for the first few days then every second day.
Dedicated Dog Love
Pup won't be boarded with any other pet. All the love, cuddles and fun are solely for them. If you have more than one pup, the attention will be divided evenly.
Keep the Routine
I will keep your routine as best as I can with walks and meal times, for example. Pup might have medication to take or certain foods to avoid. This includes house rules, like on the couch or off...
Trial Run
If I haven't met your dog before, it's best to get a couple of walks with me, or a sleepover before your holiday. This is free of charge and lets me and pup get to know each other.
Better than Kennels
Kennels are a good option but pup won't get that undivided attention they will with me. I'll be with them almost every hour of each day. They also get the home comforts and freedom to roam.

I have more than one dog, can you take both?
Yes, if the dogs are from the same household and providing they are small to medium size.
What are the fees and when do we pay you?
The standard price is £40 each day/night. If you have more than one dog, add an extra £20 for each one. If you need me to stay at your house it's £60 per night. Payment can be made anytime from booking until the first day of day of boarding.
What if pup falls ill or has an accident?
I will call you straight away and let you know what's happening. I have a first kit and your vet and insurance details. Let's hope we never need it but I like to be prepared.
What do you provide?
I have poo bags, treats, biscuits, a spare lead, towels, vegan dog shampoo, various sizes of food bowls and a crate if required. With your consent, I can give them foods I'm making in the kitchen such as scrambled eggs or chicken breast. They will wander freely through the flat, and can sleep in the bed with me or one you provide.
What should I bring?
Daily food with instructions and medications. A favourite toy, treats, or blanket that will help settle them in.
How much time do you spend with pup(s)?
They will be with me for virtually every second. If I do have to leave for any reason, I'll follow your guidance on whether the crate may be best for them or whether they can roam free.

Please note, there are some dogs I can't board at my home. For example, continuous barkers, dogs heavier than 40kg or any dog that would struggle to get up and down stairs.
